NeuraCap

Platform

The platform that evaluates a company the way an investment banker does

NeuraCap is company evaluation software built around the sequence an analyst actually follows. It starts with a company and ends with a valuation that can be defended: intelligence, peers, financial and operating analysis, KPI benchmarking, market analysis, precedent transactions, valuation and industry context. The assembly work happens in one place, and every figure carries the source it came from.

End to end

One workflow, from a company name to a decision.

An evaluation is not a single calculation. It is a chain of steps, each of which has to hold for the next one to mean anything. NeuraCap runs the whole chain in one place and shows its work at every link.
  1. Company

Start with a ticker or a name. Public companies resolve against the filing record; private companies start from the numbers you provide.

  2. Company intelligence

Business model, segments, geography, management commentary and the events that moved the story, read out of filings, transcripts and press releases.

  3. Peer set

A comparable universe built from business model and financial profile rather than an index label, then shown to you so you can argue with it.

  4. Financial and operating analysis

Growth, margin structure, cash conversion, leverage and returns, put on the same basis across the peer set so the comparison means something.

  5. KPI benchmarking

The operating measures that matter in that sector, ranked against peers with medians and percentiles rather than a single average.

  6. Market analysis

Trading history, relative performance and where consensus expectations for revenue, EBITDA and EPS currently sit.

  7. M&A precedents

Transactions in the same space, normalised so that announced multiples can be compared to each other and to the public market.

  8. Valuation

Trading comparables, precedent transactions and market-implied values assembled into a football field with a stated primary basis per sector.

  9. Industry context

Where the sector's multiples, deal flow and momentum stand over the window you choose, so the company is read against its market.

  10. Financial Assistant

Ask a question in plain language and get an answer drawn from that company's own analysis, with the figures and sources attached.

  11. Research and reports

The analysis becomes a report you can read slide by slide, question, and export to PDF or PPTX for the meeting it was built for.

  12. Decision

A view you can defend in front of a committee, a board or a counterparty, because every number on the page can be traced back.

Evidence

The data behind every screen, and where it comes from.

Provenance is stated at the category level, because the categories behave differently. Public-company fundamentals come from SEC EDGAR filings where applicable. Consensus estimates cover revenue, EBITDA and EPS. Market price data sits alongside a structured M&A transaction record. Private-company data is user-provided and enriched. Multiples, medians and percentiles are calculated, not sourced. Narrative interpretation is AI-assisted and labelled as such. The coverage and data page sets out what is included, and the methodology page sets out how it is checked.

Source classes

  • Consensus market estimates
  • M&A deals
  • Public comparables
  • SEC data
  • Earnings transcripts
  • Press releases
  • Broker research

Figures are cross-checked against two independent sources, with a 97.5% confirmation rate. Plausibility gates exclude implausible multiples, so a bad print never reaches a chart. Where the evidence is thin, NeuraCap says so rather than filling the gap.

Plain language

What NeuraCap is not.

It is easier to trust a tool that tells you where it stops. Four things this platform deliberately is not.

Not a generic chatbot

There is no open-ended model guessing at finance. Every answer is produced over a specific company's assembled analysis, and it carries the figures it used.

Not just a financial database

Data is the input, not the product. NeuraCap builds peer sets, normalises transactions, calculates multiples and reconciles methods into a single view.

Not a collection of dashboards

The output is an argument with a conclusion and evidence behind it, in the shape of a report, not a wall of tiles you have to interpret yourself.

Not a replacement for analysts or bankers

It removes the assembly work and leaves the judgement where it belongs. A person still decides what the evidence means and what to do about it.

Nothing produced by the platform is a recommendation to buy or sell a security, an offer or solicitation, an appraisal, or a fairness opinion, and no fiduciary relationship is created by using it.
