NeuraCap

Pricing

Pricing scoped to the work, not a published price list

NeuraCap does not publish list prices. What we do publish is the research. Sector outlooks and bi-weekly M&A updates are free to read, in full, with no account. Everything past that — platform access and advisory work — is scoped to what you need and quoted directly, because a single private company valuation and a firm-wide rollout are not the same piece of work.

  • Research free to read
  • No self-serve checkout
  • Quoted to scope

Three ways in

Read the research, use the platform, or bring us the whole problem.

The same evidence base sits under all three. What changes is how much of the work you do yourself.
  • Coverage

    Free

    No account needed

Read the published industry research in full, in your browser. Sector outlooks and the bi-weekly industry events and M&A update, with the valuation spread and the transaction record each one was built from.

    What it includes

    • Industry Sector Outlook reports, published roughly quarterly
    • Bi-Weekly Industry Events & M&A Update
    • Sector valuation multiples, medians and percentile ranges
    • The precedent transaction record behind each sector view
    • No account, no email gate, no paywall

For anyone tracking a sector — including growth investors watching where multiples sit before they price a round.

  • Platform

    Contact us

    Scoped to your team

The full evaluation workbench. Search a public company or build a private one, benchmark it against its peers, value it across methods, and ask the Financial Assistant what the analysis actually says.

    What it includes

    • Public company search and analysis
    • Private company evaluation, with user-provided data enriched
    • Public comps, peer benchmarking and KPI benchmarking
    • Market analysis and M&A precedent transactions

    • Industry and sector intelligence over any date range
    • Financial Assistant, Research Hub and report Q&A
    • Report viewing and export to PDF or PPTX

Built for investment banking and private equity teams covering more names than the desk can staff.

  • Advisory

    Contact us

    Quoted per engagement

Custom engagements. When the analysis needs a person behind it, our advisory team scopes the work, reviews the output and presents it against the decision you are actually making.

    What it includes

    • Scope agreed in writing before work starts
    • Company Valuation & Strategic Insights Reports, reviewed by a person
    • Private company work, including data collection and enrichment
    • Sector deep dives outside the published coverage
    • Comparative work across a target list or a portfolio
    • A named contact for the engagement

For private companies preparing for a raise or a sale, and for deal teams who need the analysis defended in a room.

Side by side

What each tier actually includes.

Capabilities only — no prices, because there are none to publish. If a row matters to you and it is not there, email info@neuracap.ai and ask.
NeuraCap tier comparison. Each row names a capability; each column shows whether it is included in Coverage, Platform or Advisory. Prices are not published — the final row shows how each tier is priced.

Data provenance is the same in every column. Public-company fundamentals come from SEC EDGAR filings where applicable, alongside consensus estimates for revenue, EBITDA and EPS, market price data and a structured M&A transaction record. Private-company data is user-provided and then enriched. Multiples, medians and percentiles are calculated, and narrative interpretation is AI-assisted — all three are labelled separately so you always know which you are reading. The coverage and data page sets out the full picture.

Constant across tiers

The method does not change with what you pay.

A figure in a free sector outlook is verified exactly the way a figure in a paid advisory deliverable is.
  • Two independent sources

97.5% of figures are confirmed against two independent sources before they are used — in a free sector outlook exactly as in an advisory deliverable.

  • Plausibility gates

Multiples that fail a plausibility check are excluded from the working set, so an implausible number is never plotted and never quietly drags a median.

  • Calibrated language

Narrative is written as a reading of the evidence rather than an assertion of cause, with a stated primary valuation basis per sector and EV/Revenue as a cross-check.

The full workings — sourcing, verification, plausibility gates and how valuation bases are chosen — are written up on the methodology page.

Questions

What people ask before they get in touch.

  • How much does NeuraCap cost?

We do not publish list prices. The industry research is free to read with no account. Platform access and advisory engagements are quoted per organisation once we understand the scope — how many people need access, how many companies you are covering, and how much of the output needs a person behind it.

  • Do I have to pay to read the industry research?

No. Industry Sector Outlooks and the Bi-Weekly Industry Events and M&A Update are free, ungated and published in full. There is no account, no email gate and no paywall on that research.

  • Is the platform licensed per seat or per firm?

Seats are agreed during scoping rather than fixed by a published plan. Tell us how many people need access and what they work on, and we will come back with an arrangement that fits, whether that is a small named group or something firm-wide.

  • How long is the contract?

Contract length is agreed with you. Some clients commission a single Company Valuation and Strategic Insights Report and stop there. Others run continuous coverage across a portfolio and want the analysis refreshed as filings and estimates move. Both are normal.

  • What does advisory pricing depend on?

Scope, mostly. The number of companies in the engagement, whether they are public or private, how much private data has to be collected and enriched before anything can be benchmarked, how deep the M&A precedent work goes, and how much of the output needs a person reviewing it and presenting it.

  • What does a company valuation report cost?

It depends on the company. A public company with filed accounts, consensus estimates and a ready comparable set is a different piece of work from a private business whose figures need collecting and enriching before a peer group means anything. Tell us the company and we will quote it.

  • Is there a free trial or self-serve sign-up?

There is no credit-card checkout and no self-serve plan. The published research is already free to read in full, and everything beyond it starts with a short conversation about what you need to understand.

Nothing on this page is a recommendation to buy or sell a security, an offer or solicitation, an appraisal, or a fairness opinion, and no fiduciary relationship is created by reading it or by requesting a quote. See the full disclaimer and the terms of use.
